Manually Configuration Of Office365 on MS Outlook 2010/2013

Below are the steps to manually configure the Office365 mailbox on MS Outlook 2010/2013


First Go to Control panel and click on mail icon





·Now,  Click on show profiles and click on add profile.

 

 Enter name same as office365 mailbox and click OK.
 Then, on the next dialog box -> Click on manually configure server settings.

 



Select Microsoft exchange or compatible service.





Click on next.



Enter the details as shown below and click on More settings.


 Click on security and under logon network security select Anonymous Authentication.


 


Then click on connection and enable connect to Microsoft exchange.














Enter the details as shown below.

 



Click Ok and come back to the start screen as shown below


Click on check name





 Enter the credentials required to logon to the mailbox. and click on OK.

 

Once done, Finish the setup and open the Microsoft Outlook from the Programs. It will load
your configured emails.
